Villa Florida is a magnificent property located in Corcovada, Albufeira, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, fun, and proximity to some of the Algarve’s most stunning beaches. The spacious living and dining area offers a bright and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or enjoying time together. From this space, you have direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool, creating the ideal setting for leisure and socializing. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with two single beds each, one of which has a private bathroom with a shower. There is also an additional bathroom and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed. Both have private bathrooms with showers and balconies with sea views. On the lower floor, there are three comfortable bedrooms, all with two single beds, offering a peaceful and cozy environment to rest after a day in the sun. This floor also features a bathroom with a shower, ensuring practicality and additional comfort. The property includes a games room equipped with a snooker table, table tennis, and table football, providing entertainment for all ages. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering convenience for preparing meals throughout your stay. Outside, the villa features a large private heated pool (additional cost), a well-kept garden, and a BBQ area perfect for outdoor dining. Just a few minutes’ drive from beaches such as Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa, and Oura, and close to restaurants, bars, golf courses, and Albufeira’s town center, Villa Florida offers an exceptional location for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve. Located right next to Villa Florida is its sister property, Villa California. Both villas can be booked simultaneously for large groups. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). There are some restrictions for group bookings. Bit of a walk from the car parking area up a slope to the front door, not a problem for us but someone with less mobility?? Quiet area, didn't experience any intrusive noises. It had a 'downstairs' with three twin rooms and games room - ideal for teenagers. It was clean, well equipped, and spacious. The villa felt very private, despite being between two others. You weren't overlooked at all. It's location was great: a handy resort just a 5 minute walk away with a shop selling basic provisions. Restaurant 5 minutes walk (which was a real find and would highly recommend). 15-20 minutes walk to the sea. 15-20 minutes walk if you want larger shops / restaurants. Great pool well maintained Loved being there and everyone enjoyed this. I did think it was closer to town but that was fine and the view of the ocean is minimal. As a self catering unit I think renters should know that only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom is given and no dish washing soap or soap for bathing etc is given. Other self catering places I've stayed in provide these things as well as minimal cooking items such as coffee, salt and pepper, Olive oil and other condiments left by previous guests which is so nice to have. May 7, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy #### Spacious house with lots of room, nice enough but needs repairs The villa has 7 BRs, 5.5 baths. Lots of place to sleep. Large kitchen and dining / living area. Everything was very clean when we arrived with clean sheets and towels for our stay. The pool was heated (we paid for this) and made it a decent temperature to swim. It was colder than usual when we went in April. We enjoyed cooking on the outdoor bbq on the nicer evenings. The neighborhood is very quiet. You need to drive to most places but it is quiet at night and away from the loud/busy areas. Weather was bad most days and everything was wet / damp. There was no heat in the house so it was often chilly and damp inside. There are many items that need to be repaired - broken tiles on the stairs to the pool (quite dangerous for small kids - we had to cover the broken areas), the storm shutters only worked sometimes, the coffee machine barely works, etc. There was a single roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (some not even a full roll), one trash bag in the kitchen and literally nothing else. It felt very cheap to rent a house to 11 people for a week and only provide a single trash bag. We nicely asked for a 2nd trash bag and were told that it was self catering and we could go to the store and buy our own. Who wants to buy an entire box of large trash bags? They only provided 1 key to use among 3 families. Super inconvenient. We got the keycode exactly at 4pm for checkin but they tried pushing us to leave earlier on our checkout day to start cleaning. ##### Sadie R. Stayed 6 nights in Apr 2025 ### 8/10 Good #### Sarah R. The house was spacious with plenty of room for the whole family and lots of relaxing spots to unwind. The games room was a huge hit with the kids!The host was exceptionally helpful and always easy to reach whenever we had a question.The only downside was a faulty air-conditioning unit in the basement bedroom, which leaked water when switched on. This made the room a quite damp and stuffy, and unfortunately, it wasn’t resolved during our stay.Aside from that, everything else was perfect - the villa was exactly what we needed, comfortable, well-equipped, and great value for money. ##### Sarah R. The games room was popular with all the children (and adults alike) and the heated pool meant that everyone had fun in the water even in October.
