The location is only 200 meters from Fisherman’s Beach (Praia dos Pescadores) and a 5 minutes’ walk from the Main Square where daytime, evening, and late night entertainment abound. As well as a communal swimming pool with a generous offering of sunbeds on the lower floor, there is a special rooftop on the uppermost floor that gives you unspoiled views of the Atlantic Ocean and the whole of the old center of Albufeira. The apartment is fully equipped with a modern kitchen which includes oven, stove, microwave, fridge, pots and pans, wine glasses, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board, etc. Both bathrooms are renovated with modern walk-in showers. The bedrooms have large wardrobes for neatly storing all clothing items. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room, and stylish and comfortable dining furniture makes for a special experience when supping in situ. A foldable bed is available for a 5th guest. One bath, hand and beach towel is provided per guest. All beds are dressed with linen appropriate to the season. Extra towels and linen, as well as mid-stay cleans, are available at an additional cost. Low-cost airport transfers and cot and high-chair rental can be offered on request. Street parking is available but very limited. Very clean and all the equipment & amenities you’d need. The pool area is on the same floor so ideal to pop back and forth with drinks, snacks etc. There’s a small local Spar supermarket about 2-3 min walk away and a much larger Continente hypermarket about 12 min walk away. The Old Town is lovely and quite lively with lists of hustle and bustle and has lots of choice of bars and restaurants. The lovely beach is 5 min from the apartment with sunbeds, jet skis, inflatable rides, pedlos etc available to hire. The golf courses nearby were amazing and a cheap Uber ride away. We played several. The information & communication was excellent before, during & after our stay with Jessica & Kevin being particular stars after we left something in the apartment and arranging to return it to us in the UK. Gut ausgestattet mit Küchengeräten. Insgesamt sehr durchdachte Einrichtung, allerdings ist an der ein oder anderen Stelle etwas instand zu setzen. So funktionierte z. B. der Tresor nicht, Handtuchhalter im Bad waren locker und der Backofen benötigt eine Grundreinigung. Dank der guten Kommunikation mit dem engagierten Management der Anlage wurden diese Kritikpunkte bereits aufgenommen und sollen abgestellt werden.Attraktive Lage (5 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, knapp 10 Minuten bis zur Altstadt. Trotzdem relativ ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Straße leider oft völlig zugeparkt, so dass größere Autos Schwierigkeiten bei der Passage haben und auch das Ein- und Ausladen am Hotel konnte - je nach Tageszeit - eine Herausforderung sein. Hier wäre eine Sperrzone in der Nähe des Einangs sinnvoll! Keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel, Parkhaus (10 pro 24 h) aber nur 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Dort waren immer ausreichend Stellplätze vorhanden.Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden! ##### Markus H. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, making everything super accessible without needing a car. The apartment itself was really spacious, which was ideal for our group, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably.
