With 5 large bedrooms all unsuited with large complete bathroom, 4 of them have spa baths, a great balcony with more than 50 square meters facing south with fantastic country and sea views. A very comfy louge area with large LED screen with comfy seats for 10 and a dinning area with wide glass doors facing exterior lounge where you will find a exterior dinning table overlooking the pool and Jacuzzi area. The pool can be fenced for kids safety. There is a BBQ for your fish or meat grills and a large pool area with an exterior spa bath jacuzzi that fits 6 adults confortably. At the basement level you will find a wide games room with a large LED TV with lounge seats, table tennis, table football, pool table and a gym with the main machines. You will be delighted with the confort, convenience and high standard amenities, all to make your time with us unforgetable! At a very short 5 minute walk you find several good restaurants and Bars, and all needed amenities, large supermarket, local fish market, café, pharmacy, newspaper/tobacco store. Olhos de Água beach or Maria Luísa beach are 850 meters distance, less than 10 minutes walking in good path, here you will find several stores, bars, good restaurants and a variety of beach activities. Several other good beaches to explore at a 5 minute car drive. Albufeira Old Town and Oura beach are 4 km away and the Vilamoura Marina, Casino and Golf are 15 minutes by car. Several water parks and Zoo Marine at a short car journey. We provide a Jacuzzi for 6 persons next to the pool that can be used together with the pool heating for 350€ or 200€ stand alone. We didn't use the pool as it was December but the hot tub was a huge hit with the family, as was the basement games room. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook. Beds were really comfortable and the aircon/heating new and efficient. Every bedroom had its own bathroom which is great when you have a large group. It's a 5 minute walk to the supermarket and about 10 to beach. I would definitely stay here again or at another one of Joao's nearby properties. ##### Susannah G. The location was excellent, which meant that we didn’t need a car. Villa very clean, but it would have been beneficial to have had some cleaning products available to mop the floors etc. It’s also the first villa from several where there wasn’t even milk or water in the fridge. The jacuzzi was great and we were glad we had paid the extra to have the pool heated. The area around the pool got dirty very quickly due to the leaves falling off the trees and no broom available but we contacted Luis and he came and sorted it. We also contacted João as the weather was really hot but there was only 1 parasol for 9 people and he sorted this very quickly for us. ##### Jane A. It was large enough that you never felt like there were too many people. The doors were super sound proof, so when the grandson went to sleep, the teenagers playing pool, table tennis in the basement never woke him! The heated pool and Jacuzzi were perfect temperatures and there were enough sun and shade areas all around. Despite the global pandemic, this didn't ruin our holiday, in fact Portugal seemed safer than the UK. Everyone sticks to the rules and restaurants were very welcoming. It had everything we needed for our extended family to get together, with space for everyone to sit together but also plenty of space for people to do their own thing. We didn't really use the pool as we'd opted not to heat it, but the veranda saw a lot of use. What stood out for us though was the games room, particularly with the weather in October being variable this room was probably the best used in the house.
