Casa do Avô is a charming two-storey villa located in the peaceful area of Sesmarias, in Albufeira, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends seeking relaxing holidays in the Algarve.



The living room is spacious and welcoming, ideal for unwinding after a sunny day, offering a bright and comfortable atmosphere for relaxing and spending quality time together. The dining area, integrated into the same space, is generous and inviting, perfect for sharing meals with family or friends, with direct access to the outdoor area where natural light enhances the pleasant atmosphere.



On the ground floor there is an en suite bedroom with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, providing privacy and comfort, as well as a guest bathroom with a shower for added convenience during your stay.



On the first floor, the villa offers two twin bedrooms, simply and comfortably decorated. This floor also includes a bathroom with a bathtub and access to a magnificent terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and the Algarve’s mild climate.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, providing everything needed to prepare homemade meals with complete convenience.



Outside, guests can enjoy a fantastic private swimming pool, ideal for cooling off on warm days, a barbecue area perfect for outdoor dining, and a ping pong table that guarantees fun moments for everyone. The spacious outdoor area creates a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for making the most of the Algarve sunshine.

The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 150 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
