The Brisbane Apartment accommodates up to 7 guests and is a modern and bright 2-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the Forte São João building. Just 300 meters from Praia dos Alemães, it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and beaches, between the old and new areas of Albufeira.



The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa and armchair, creating the perfect space to relax or socialize with family and friends. The dining area is integrated, with a large table ideal for shared meals. The entire apartment has air conditioning, ensuring comfort in all rooms throughout the stay.



Both bedrooms are comfortable, each with two single beds. One of the bedrooms is en suite with a shower, providing full privacy. There is also a second bathroom with a shower for convenience.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, seamlessly blending with the living and dining areas, offering practicality for preparing meals during your stay.



Guests can enjoy the shared pool and well-maintained gardens within the complex.



The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, close to everything you need. Rua da Oura (10 min walk) offers the best nightlife in Albufeira while the Old Town is just 20 minutes on foot.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.
