  • The Brisbane Apartment accommodates up to 7 guests and is a modern and bright 2-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of the Forte São João building. Just 300 meters from Praia dos Alemães, it is close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and beaches, between the old and new areas of Albufeira.



    The living room is spacious and bright, with a comfortable sofa and armchair, creating the perfect space to relax or socialize with family and friends. The dining area is integrated, with a large table ideal for shared meals. The entire apartment has air conditioning, ensuring comfort in all rooms throughout the stay.



    Both bedrooms are comfortable, each with two single beds. One of the bedrooms is en suite with a shower, providing full privacy. There is also a second bathroom with a shower for convenience.



    The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, seamlessly blending with the living and dining areas, offering practicality for preparing meals during your stay.



    Guests can enjoy the shared pool and well-maintained gardens within the complex.



    The location is perfect for a relaxing holiday, close to everything you need. Rua da Oura (10 min walk) offers the best nightlife in Albufeira while the Old Town is just 20 minutes on foot.



    This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



    Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.

Great location between Old and New Town

The location is unbeatable. We could walk to the Strip in 10 minutes for the nightlife and to the Old Town in 20 minutes for a more traditional feel. The pool area is very well-kept and the gardens are beautiful.

The apartment is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all of us. We loved the open-plan kitchen and the fact that one bedroom is en-suite. We also had a lovely dinner at Algarbe restaurant, which is very close by. Highly recommend this location!

GREAT STAY IN ALBUFEIRA!!

Lovely apartment, spacious living room and modern kitchen. The bedrooms were gorgeous with very confortable mattresses. Super clean and well decorated. Location was fantastic for a car free holiday, local shops near by, beach only 5-10min easy walk, supermarkets about 5min by car, we used Uber since we had loads of food and other things we wanted to buy and we didn´t want to walk with the bags, cost us only 10€ to go and return. Albufeira is gorgeous and deserves everything good, we will for sure come back. Thank you to Olivia for the hospitality and for welcoming us. Great Holidays!!!

Amazing!

We loved it, the apartment is in a good location, 5 mins from the beach. The apartment is modern, clean, great having 2 bathrooms. The air cons are really good and the kitchen is well equipped! The pool is lovely and clean and gets sun all day. The apartment is closer to the new town but very much walking distance to the old town too. We used Bolt for taxis which were very cheap and cost 3€ for most journeys. There is a large lidl and aldi a short taxi drive away so you can stock up on shopping if needed. All of the staff we encountered at Algarve Vacations were very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had. We had a great week and would love to return to this apartment! We found that some afternoons the pool was very busy and there were not enough sunbeds so possibly more sunbeds.

We loved the apartment, especially how bright and spacious the living room was. The location is perfect—only a short walk to the beach and very close to local supermarkets and places to eat. Having air conditioning in every room made our stay incredibly comfortable, and the pool area was very clean and relaxing.

Perfectly Placed Apartment

We had a fantastic holiday at this apartment. The layout is modern and luminous, and the integrated open-plan kitchen and dining area made socializing very easy. The comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms provided everything our group needed. It’s perfectly placed near beaches, restaurants, and the nightlife of Albufeira. This modern apartment was perfect for our trip. The location is truly superb, being just 300 meters from Praia dos Alemães and ideally situated between the Old and New Town areas. We had a lovely time at this bright, spacious apartment in Forte São João. It’s the perfect location for easy walking access to the beach and both the old and new parts of Albufeira. Comfortable and Well Equipped

This apartment is a great find! It's very clean, comfortable, and the fact that it's fully air-conditioned made a big difference. The two twin-bedded rooms and two shower rooms were convenient. We particularly loved how close it was to the beach and all the local amenities. The process of booking and check-in was seamless. A fantastic choice for a relaxing holiday near the coast.
