Able to accommodate up to 5 people, Villa Galé SunBeach Village has a private garden. The complex has a shared swimming pool and private parking for up to two cars. Our new villa has two bedrooms. One of the rooms has a king size bed and the other has 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed. There are two bathrooms: one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The villa has 2 floors, the bedrooms are on the top floor. On the ground-floor there is the kitchen - which is fully equipped with the essentials for a balanced holiday time. If you need any kitchen utensils, you can always talk to us. The kitchen has all the conditions for cooking - we have pots, pans etc, etc - but we do not provide kitchen spices, cleaning or hygiene products. We also have a large living room with a table for dining. This room has direct access to the private garden, the bbq area and the table for lunches in the sunlight! There is also a direct passage to the pool area. The pool area has a path that leads to the nearest beach reachable in 15 minutes walking! We are asking to pay electricity bills on side during LONG TERM RESERVATION OF 25 DAYS OR MORE. Our guests have access to any area of the complex and our villa. There is a safe space in front of the villa to park and there is also space to park one of the cars in the garage. The Complex is private, so cars are always safe. Additional Rules and necessary information •Please note that if you are a guest under the age of 25, or a party group, we are asking you to give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week after check-out. If there is damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, know how to do it in advance and refund the difference. •Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes your time. We can only confirm the early check-in closer to your arrival date, 2/3 days before, along with the check-in information, which will be given via by my colleague from the Check-in/Check-out department. Check-in – 4 p.m Check-out – 10 a.m The same applies to late-checkout. It is always subject to availability. •We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in the group when they come to our properties. For this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets, towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week. •We are Pet Friendly - you must let us know that you bring your Pet with prior notice and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning cost (to be calculated based on the type of property). •Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people the house holds.
