Villa Palancar is a renovated villa with 8 bedrooms and capacity for 22+4 guests, located in Montechoro, Albufeira. Situated in a quiet residential area, just steps away from bars and restaurants, this spacious property features a private pool, 2 jacuzzis, and an outdoor fireplace.



On the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms: one with a double bed and sofa bed, another double, a twin, and a room with 4 bunk beds and a private bathroom. There are also two additional bathrooms with showers. The spacious living room includes a sofa bed and a dining table, connected to a fully equipped kitchen. Free Wi-Fi, washing machine, and air conditioning are provided.



On the first floor, there are 4 more bedrooms: one with bunk beds, two double rooms, and a twin room, along with a bathroom with a shower.



The outdoor space stands out with a private pool, two jacuzzis (optional extras), barbecue, and outdoor dining area. For entertainment, there are pool and ping-pong tables. At night, the outdoor fireplace creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxing moments.

No car rental is necessary, but if you prefer, we'll be happy to help you with the reservation upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the reservation to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when traveling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



The change day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €250 per person (payment by credit/debit card).

A reservation processing, insurance, and filing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: reservation values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 22 people.

From the 23rd to the 26th person, an additional charge will be applied that includes an extra bed (only €154 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
