The ground floor comprises one bedroom with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, along with direct access to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine with L'OR Philips capsules (not included). Additionally, there is a separate WC on this level.
