On the first floor, the villa has two double en suite bedrooms, both with bathrooms with showers, and two rooms with single beds, all with access to private terraces. There is also an additional bathroom with a bathtub, offering practicality and comfort for all guests.



The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary comforts for preparing meals with family or friends with comfort and practicality.



The exterior is ideal for enjoying the Algarve climate. The private garden features an inviting swimming pool, outdoor dining area and BBQ, perfect for leisure and relaxation moments. A ping pong table adds extra fun for all ages.

The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Hiring a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.
