This is a two story one of a kind custom built house with an European style flair. It has beautiful hardwood floors with detail oriented tile work. The kitchen is amazing. It has a granite counter along with a stainless steel microwave and oven. It is big enough to sit 12 people.
The living room is huge it has space to sit 8-10 people. It gives you access to the back patio which has a hot tub that 7 people can relax in. The game room has a pool table, ping pong and air hockey. On the other side it has a sauna and washing machine room.
The house offers 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The first floor has two bedrooms, one full and half baths. The second floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed, jacuzzi, one full bath as well, sun deck and much more. One of the rooms on the second floor has a queen size bed including a crib for your little prince or princess.
This house is breathtaking. It has two gorgeous chandeliers and dual staircases. Television in every room (8) including the kitchen attached with cable as well. We are locked in a gated community you can take advantage of many amenities that we have to offer. It is in close proximity to the ski areas of Big Boulder, Jack Frost and approx 25 minutes to Camelback. Local activities include skiing, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and fishing. 15 min from the Pocono Race Track. It has 3 area golf courses and close to the casino. State park and white water rafting nearby. You will definitely enjoy your stay and will leave this home impressed.

#### Pocono Raceway Retreat
We had a wonderful stay at Patrick’s Indian Mountain Getaway! Our group of 9 (6 adults and 3 teens) stayed for the weekend while attending the NASCAR races at Pocono Raceway. We chose this home for its size and location, and it couldn’t have worked out better.The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals (except for a wine key, but we got creative and made it work!).The location was perfect. Just a short drive to the track, yet in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that felt like a true getaway. Communication with the host was excellent. Patrick responded quickly to messages, and check-in/check-out was smooth and simple.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others visiting the area!

#### Perfect weekend get-a-way
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating our daughter’s sweet 16\. My husband and I took our daughter and 9 friends. The girls spent time bonding in the game room, hot tub and at the fire pit. Patrick reached out several times to make sure everything at the house was okay. The house is extremely spacious and had everything we could want. Only downside is we didn’t stay long enough. The girls want to go back.

#### Best family vacation home
I cannot say enough good things about this home. It had everything that we needed to make our stay comfortable. There was plenty of room and everyone loved using the sauna, hot tub and game room. Our host was awesome and responded right away anytime we had questions. The checking in process took some time, but once we were inside, we all had a blast. We played basketball, went to the pool and even went fishing. The backyard was great for BBQ and the firepit was fun. The beds were a little soft, but overall, we all had a great time.

#### The perfect place!
This property was perfect for our friend group of 12 ladies in our mid thirties, and I am sure it would be great for families as well. The listing is what you get… spacious, clean, functional and fun! The sauna, hot tub and game room are huge bonuses. We didn’t use the back yard, but there’s plenty of space for games and BBQing including tons of covered picnic table seating. We didn’t use the community pool, but the lake was fantastic, 4 min drive or 10 min walk!!

The kitchen has every appliance/gadget one needs to cook any meal. The times I needed to contact host he answered almost immediately. My only substantive complaint was the beds were a bit too soft. Nevertheless, my family had a great time! Thank you!!!

#### Very Nice Stay
We stayed for a week at the property and had a very enjoyable stay. Home was clean and the owner responsive to any inquiries or concerns. Home had everything you need to cook and plenty of dishware. Kids enjoyed the game room, hot tub, pool, fishing and canoeing. Having basic cable was a nice add that most homes don't offer. Only real negative was that the lake was closed for swimming due to high bacteria levels. Clearly, not something the home owner could control. Propane BBQ would have been a nice addition, but the charcoal grill worked out fine. Overall, a very nice stay.

#### Family vacation
Very nice house. Fit a family of 14 easily, with beds to spare. The house itself is all you need to have a good vacation, and the nearby lake access and community pool kept our kids busy. Also, loved the deer 🦌 roaming free throughout the community. Would stay here again.

Nice home in a extremely quiet neighborhood. Backyard is perfect for a fire, grilling and relaxing. Hot tub in screened in porch is an excellent amenity. My only wish is that there was a gas grill, not just a charcoal one.

#### Absolutely gorgeous perfect
This house and the host patrick were great! Usually when we rent houses they are never stocked but this one had everything we could have needed! Patrick was also very helpful whenever we were having trouble with something. The home is gorgeous and I would definitely rent again :)

#### Great Getaway
The house was just perfect for our family. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Very comfortable living room with large screen smart TV. My wife really enjoyed the Jacuzzi, except when she had to get out, pretty chilly. The game room is a nice touch. My son likes shooting hoops and playing air hockey. Although there is a sauna, we didn't utilize it. Maybe next time. The owner Patrick is always available. Would absolutely recommend.

The house is absolutely beautiful, spacious. We spent the weekend and was definitely a relaxing getaway. I would definitely recommend to any one. Patrick is very responsive when you have questions. Hot tub, sauna, game room made it very easy to stay in the house and relax. Kids stayed entertained. I would absolutely go back for another weekend.

#### Great spot for families to vacation together!
Our family of four vacationed with three other families for a long weekend before school started. We had a great time and took full advantage of the nearby lake for our kids to swim in. We really appreciated having extra cots as well because it allowed for many of the children to share a room which they really loved!

We had a great time on a long weekend getaway. House is close to a beautiful lake/beach area. Lots of room for grilling, play areas for children and huge 75inch TV. Beds could have been more comfortable- but everything else was amazing .

#### Perfect Family Getaway
The trip consisted of myself (34yr mom and wife) my husband who was turned 35 the day before, our two children, 7yr old boy and 1 yr old babygirl. Along with us were my best friend, my sister and her two boys (34 and 14 years old) my nephew's wife and three kids ( 1, 12, 16 years old). We rented the home from Sunday to Tuesday and planned on just enjoying the space & having a cookout. The house is very spacious and clean. Towels are provided. The living room has a huge tv and many board games tucked away in the cabinet along side of it. There is also a massage chair in the living room which many of the adults utilized while watching tv. The room with bunk beds is perfect for kids to play video games and hang out. There is a game room with a pool table, basketball, and other games. The laundry room is right across from the game room and next to the sauna. Both free. The master bedroom is beautiful and huge, with extra beds in the closet, a vanity and stool as well as a balcony to step out to and watch the stars at night. Best part was the extra hosting space. Right after the living room, is another section with a hot tub, picnic table and bench and a fridge. This made it so helpful and convenient to BBQ. All items were close and kept cool while two grills were going outside. At night the entire family loved making a fire and S'mores. The space and fully stocked home allows for just the greatest family gathering. BONUS- we had access to the community pool. Families practiced COVID precaution and felt very calm and safe. Picnic tables are also located around the pool. I would most definitely recommend this property. I met Patrick when we arrived. His energy was very friendly and positive. We felt comfortable with him and he is just great and providing quick replies to any questions or concerns. Thank you Pat!

Beautiful house that you can fall in love at once. Absolutely beautiful, clean and spacious inside and outside Everything is well organized & everything is there even if you missed your own shampoo or conditioner also. The owner Patrick is a nice gentleman helpful friendly and easy to communicate with. We had an awesome time and recommend to anyone who has a large group of family with kids, ( have so many games to play & there’s a baby crib for your little one too). Will be there again 👌

#### Friendcation 2020
We had a great time this week in the Poconos. The house was great and we had plenty of room for everyone. The only big complaint was having to stop at the gate Everytime we came in! There seemed to be a lot of confusion about the list Patrick sent. Patrick was easy to get a hold of though to help fix any problems that we did have. Overall a great trip!!

We had a great weekend. Patrick was very easy to communicate with and checked up on us via text to ensure we had everything we need. He provided linens and towels at no extra cost unlike some other rentals. He was very flexible with check in and check out times so we were able to enjoy the house to the fullest. Perfect way to celebrate our friends 30th birthday.

#### Amazing stay
This home made for the best birthday weekend getaway. No one in my party, including the children wanted to leave!!! The home is super clean, organized and stocked with things you might need. Hot tub, jacuzzis, game room, outside playhouse, massage chair, surround sound, heated bathroom floors.... definitely more than we needed. It felt so inviting to see the owner left us a gift basket and complimentary items. Throughout our stay he was very attentive and responsive. I would recommend & my party will definitely be rebooking.

#### AMAZING EXPERIENCE!
My family and I rented this property for a weekend. We were mind blown by the experience! The property manager was very personable and attentive! Any questions we had were answered promptly. The house was very beautiful, clean and just lovely all around! We literally did not want to leave. It felt like we were at home! This home has EVERYTHING you need. From towels to extra sheets to shampoo. I’ve rented a few rentals around the Poconos before but none compare to this experience! When I first walked in I was greeted in the kitchen with a complimentary basket filled with snacks and wine! The property manager treats his home so much more than just a business! I definitely look forward to staying at this property again. Thank you Patrick for the amazing experience and making sure my family were well taken care of! You made our experience greater than we’d imagine!
