There is no air conditioning on the first floor and only air conditioning in two of the bedrooms. There were "crumbs" in the sheets and hair in the bathrooms. They charge extra if you use their trashcans. There were some damages to the home when we arrived (drywall, drawers, closets). Make sure you fully vet out the entire building before and document all of the damages and uncleanlyness when you arrive. The house is well equipped. The host is very responsive. I couldn't figure out how to use the Samsung tv remote and she helped me immediately. Easy access to restaurants too. At the end of my stay the host asked us to collect all of the blankets and quilts and put them in front of the washer and dryer so we did. 3 days later I receive a charge of $65 for a “missing quilt” when there was no chance the quilt could have been lost and I most certainly did not take it.
