It is located a few meters from the beach and the promenade, where you can find a variety of terraces and restaurants, and a 15-minute drive from the Historic Centre. 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, air conditioning, central heating and WiFi. The space: The apartment of 88 m2 has the following areas: \- Ample main bedroom with a double bed of 150x200 cm, wardrobes, TV and access to terrace. \- Complete bathroom with shower and screen, toilet, bidet, sink and mirror. \- Single second bedroom with double trundle bed of 90x190 cm each one and fitted wardrobes. \- Spacious and cheerful living room with sofa, HD-TV and circular glass dining table for four people. \- Practical and complete kitchen with all kinds of appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, refrigerator/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and blender. \- Terrace with views of the pool and the beach. This area maintains its charm during the summer season as well as during the winter. It is the most fashionable beach of Valencia. At 100 meters from the apartment you will find all kinds of services and entertainment facilities, supermarket, trendy restaurants, sunbeds on the beach, beach volleyball courts, the museum of the Valencian writer Vicente Blasco Ibañez... In the surroundings you could enjoy pleasant walks along the seafront, the Malvarrosa Beach, the Playa de las Arenas and even a pleasant walk to the beaches of Port Saplaya, known as the Valencian little Venice.
