The home sits on 135+ private acres and offers beautiful views of Bolt Lake. Spend your days swimming or fishing off the private dock, explore the lake by kayak or paddle board, and roam the beautiful property via miles of groomed trails. THE PROPERTY Master Bedroom: King Bed | Bedroom 2: Double Bed | Bedroom 3: Double Bed | Bedroom 4: Double Bed | Bedroom 5: 2 Single Bunkbeds with Trundles Natural light pours over the open great room through a towering wall of windows that overlooks a wraparound porch and the serene Bolt Lake. A stunning wood-burning fireplace surrounded by magnificent stonework is the highlight of this already beautiful space. Adjacent to the living area lies the dining area, where you can bring the whole family together around a charming wood table for a gourmet meal. The first floor also hosts an expansive family room with a large sectional sofa and an 85” flat screen TV. The family room also has a ping pong table for competitive family fun! Prepare tonight’s menu options in the fully equipped kitchen, which comes complete with everything you’ll need to cook all your favorites. A charming breakfast bar allows you to keep the chef company while they work their magic in the kitchen. Explored all the connecting lakes and we highly recommend if you love kayaking. So much wildlife several pairs of trumpeter swans, Eastern River Otters, many deer, so many birds, and small critters. Fishing is also good. The property is very secluded. Great property for dogs and the trails were fun to hike on. Swimming was another plus and you are able to swim right from the dock. We also loved the ping pong and played many hours. The washer and dryer made washing towels and clothes a breeze. Golf courses near by. We enjoyed our stay very much, even the kids had a great time. The house was very clean, kitchen fully stocked, and lots of games to keep us all entertained. The big screen tv was a plus to watch Sunday football. The location was perfect, the surroundings were ideal for afternoon family walks, the fire pit by the lake was a nice touch also. This is the second year we've stayed (4 adults, 4 teenagers). Never disappointed. The kids love the property... swimming, fishing, kayaking and hiking. The house has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Enjoyed our nights playing games and watching movies on the large TV. There were 10 of us which the property easily housed in comfort. The property is in a great secluded location, and the house is clean and well maintained. We wanted a quiet place to get away with a few family members and elope. It was perfect. We were able to walk out to the lake and watch the sunset. I think our dog loved it more than we did. She was able to roam without a leash, she wouldn't go far and just enjoyed sitting on the deck .we enjoyed all of the trails. Our dogs loved every walk and scent. Kayaking 2-3 times a day. So many deer, cranes, swans, heron to see. Even a bald eagle!
