Tour Ramus - LA Tourelle DE Montbel

Located on the 2nd floor of the tower housing a spiral staircase leading to a small common terrace and the cottages, "La Tourelle de Montbel" includes a living room, kitchen area, 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom (shower and WC) and 2 single beds 80 x 200 cm which can be twinned into 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm. Common laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine and dryer. In front of the house, shared terraced and fenced land, with a private space per gite. Public parking 100m below the village (access by a staircase) with the possibility of unloading the car in front of the cottage. Possibility of free shared garage (on request from the owner) A section of wall in lime and stones, exposed stones forming a wall hemisphere, Eric and Albanne did not hesitate to mix styles and materials to create a cocoon as soft as it is comforting. A fenced garden terrace in front of the Tower to be shared with the other cottages enjoys a panoramic view of the city and the surrounding mountains. On arrival, the beds are made and towels are provided.
