The holiday home is a 10-minute walk from the beaches and services of the city of Albenga.  
For those who love greenery and golf, the Garlenda golf club is 12 minutes away by car with its 18 holes immersed in a sea of greenery and nearby there is a beautiful riding school as well as horse riding, tennis, basketball and horse racing. horses at the ippodromo dei Fiori in the ancient village of Villanova d\\'Albenga.  
  
For those who love walking, the Roman promenade of Albenga starts from Albenga, Via Julia Augusta, a path facing south and all halfway up the slope, immersed in the Mediterranean scrub. It is a section of the road built at the time of Emperor Augustus to connect the Po Valley with Gaul and Spain, dotted with the remains of a Roman amphitheater and a necropolis with 7 funerary enclosures dating back to the first century. The whole route is accompanied by the splendid view of the island of Gallinara, with its funny turtle shape, the walk ends at the church of Santa Croce which offers a view of the city of Alassio.  
  
The splendid natural environment and the favorable climate allow you to practice sports related to the sea all year round, beach volleyball, sailing, canoeing, surfing, kite surfing, windsurfing and diving for fun; also the coastal nature reserve of the Gallinara Island is worth a visit during your stay!  
  
Albenga offering plenty to enjoy throughout the year; offers a vibrant nightlife, food festivals, theater performances. The splendid historic center (the city of 100 towers), museums, churches, historic buildings and jewel squares are a spectacle to be enjoyed, in the summer the squares are stages for musical performances.  
  
Guests are well placed to also enjoy Le Caravelle water park, Silvio Lai\\'s paleontology museum in nearby Peagna di Ceriale plus excursions to Zuccarello Castle.  
A few minutes by car are the Grotte di Toirano (home of paintings and prehistoric finds), Castel Gavone, Grotte di Borgio Verezzi (with a labyrinth of lakes and unique underground caves)

La casa è molto grande con un bel giardino e molti spazi esterni da poter sfruttare. Adatta per chi ha bambini che hanno spazio per giocare.Per noi la posizione è stata perfetta perché vicina alla partenza dei sentieri che vanno verso Alassio. Per chi frequenta il mare è un po' più scomoda.I proprietari abitano di sopra e sono disponibili per qualsiasi necessità o informazione.

#### Weekend Family Stay

The property was perfect for our stay. The house was clean and bed comfortable. It was perfect for a family stay to attend a local wedding. The house is a short walk from old city center with dinner and shopping.
