FREE USE OF OUR 2022 23’ TRITOON EVERY RENTAL DAY

Every rental between May 1st and October 31st comes with the free use of our 2022 Manitou 23’ Aurora LE 150HP Tritoon on every day of your rental. Just pay a separate, fully refundable, ***$500 security deposit directly to the owner before arrival and the boat is yours to use at your leisure. This very pontoon rents for $525/day at the marina making this amenity a $3700 weekly value. It's almost like renting a pontoon and getting a lake house for free!! Prepare to be blown away by the long range views this home features. Miles & miles of water, viewable from a wall of windows at the rear of the house, with an unobstructed view, overlooking Tillery's main channel. Pet friendly with a small pet fee. Will consider additional small pets if willing to pay additional pet fees. 3 B/R, 2 1/2 bath with room to sleep 10. Completely renovated and newly furnished in 2022. Backyard renovation completed in April of '22 which includes a new 20 X 20 deck containing a covered gazebo, TV, sectional seating and bar area. There is also a new 20X30 paver patio with wood burning fire pit and high-end outdoor kitchen. The outdoor kitchen includes a grill, griddle, professional grade gas fired pizza oven, outdoor refrigerator, 25lb/day ice maker and 2nd outdoor bar. The third outdoor entertaining area is a screened in porch with beautiful outdoor furniture for your morning coffee overlooking the lake. MBR has a sliding door to private balcony with an unobstructed expansive view of the lake. Completely renovated and fully outfitted kitchen for all your cooking needs. All new stainless appliances. All bathrooms have all been completely gut renovated in '25. They include luxurious, spa like, walk in showers each having multiple body sprayers and rainfall shower heads. Luxury bamboo linens and towels are provided free of charge along with an initial set up of all paper products and laundry detergent. There is also a very convenient, private, personal boat launch right next door to the house for your personal boat or jet skis. Dock has an additional elevated deck perched over the lake with an endless view. It contains an outdoor sectional sofa and gas fire pit. Deep water. 20’ water depth at the end of the dock. Great for diving, swimming and fishing. The kids and adults alike will love the 15 foot long unsinkable water pad that is included for guest use. Use the included kayak for a relaxing tour of the lake along with the free use of our 23’ 2022 model 150HP Tritoon (May-Oct) to really take your lake vacation to the next level.** (Night time pontoon operation is not authorized due to insurance purposes.) Fish off the dock while taking in the view of Tillery's main channel or watch the big game on the 70” television located right on the dock while floating in the lake with a cocktail. There is also an additional 80" outdoor TV on the patio to watch “drive-in” style movies at night while the family roasts marshmallows around the fire pit. Families will enjoy a wide selection of board games, a DVD collection, take a book, leave a book library and even an ice cream machine to make delicious homemade ice cream. Bring your ski boat, canoe, paddle board and your jet skis. Dock has room for all of your lake toys.

**ADDITIONAL FEATURE**
You don’t even consider it until it ruins your vacation. However, keep in mind that the Lake Tillery area frequently loses electrical power in the summer from strong thunder storms. This affects the entire Lake Tillery community. This home has a LP gas powered, whole house, automatic backup generator installed. No possibility of suffering from the seemingly constant power outages that Lake Tillery residents endure all too frequently in the summertime which causes the loss of air conditioning and electricity for 24+ hrs.


Within minutes of Tillery Tradition Golf course, Badin Rd Drive in theater, Eagles Nest Restaurant, River Wild restaurant, Morrow Mountain State Park, Uwharrie National Forrest, hiking trails, wineries, antique shopping, Half a mile from Swift Island Lake Tillery boat launch. NASCAR Lowes Motor Speedway about 1 hour away. Less than 10 min drive to downtown Albermarle with all shops and restaurants.

Really great vacation home! The accommodations were wonderful and the host was extremely thoughtful and kind. I appreciated the high end finishes including the kitchen and shower. The deck is amazing, especially with the long range view of the lake at sunset. The house feels secluded and private when in the back and I felt safe in the neighborhood to walk my dog at nighttime. It was also really convenient to the main road with all the restaurants, Morrow Mountain, and the winery within 10 to 15 minutes drive. 10/10, would definitely stay here again.

Our peaceful week with my Fiancé & her family at this lake side home was even better than anticipated. Host Sebastian was like a brother, promptly & patiently responding and answering my several questions that routinely arose throughout the week. Welcome gifts like the fine bottle of wine was a thoughtful surprise. The automatic hands free natural gas generator was a hit as the lake area lost power one day for 5 hours but it did not disturb our vacation in the least as the power generator instantly turned on, powering the ENTIRE property! The pontoon boat is like new, very well maintained and easy to maneuver and enjoy- an adventurous addition for our group indeed to discover the beautiful 16 mile Lake Tillery scenery each day including a 5000 acre state park & even dined out by boat ride at a nearby lake restaurant. MANY relaxing areas throughout this newly renovated home to sit and spend time with family, meditate, play uno or Jenga together or just catch up on life with loved ones & friends; by the beautifully landscaped stone fire pit terrace, outdoor dock, upper level gas flamed fire pit, gazebo, all with generous seating available & ALL with tv’s! The beds were comfy with the Softest sheets and ceramic stone showers were spotless and beautifully hand crafted. We cooked two tasty homemade pizzas in the outdoor fire flamed pizza oven and grilled out on the easy to use clean Coyote gas grill. Thank you host Sebastian for the relaxing getaway, we will be back soon!

Thanks for such an awesome stay! My husband and I and our 3 little boys, my parents, and my brother all had the best time. Comfy beds, nice clean bathrooms, arcade table for the kids, screen porch overlooking the lake to sip coffee...it was the perfect thing for us. Of course, the boat was the star -- very nice boat, clean, runs great. Easy fishing off the doc for the kids too. Owner was super communicative and friendly. Im sure we will be back!

Perfect Trip

We had a great get away. Home is exactly as described and even better than the pictures. We loved the outdoor areas, making pizzas and sitting by the fire pit. Enjoyed cruising around the lake on the pontoon even though the weather was cooler than normal. Host was quick with communication and easy to work with. This house had the best water views, from the lower dock, upper deck above the water, patio and upper deck. And all 3 tvs outside were perfect for viewing the NFL draft. We grilled chicken and cooked pizza outside. The inside was very comfortable. Many fancy upgrades. Nice neighbors. so pleasant. now on our annual rotation.

SIMPLY AWESOME!

We are so thrilled with this past week that we had at this amazing property! I’m not sure where to begin!The house is awesome- very clean, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and bedding, well stocked kitchen, great appliances and lots of tv’s! We brought our own games, but there are many options in the laundry area too! The outdoor entertaining is off the chain! The outdoor kitchen is amazing and there is a lot of seating! The firepit on the main patio was where a lot of our memories were made! My kids (young adults) loved the dock as well as the crows nest area with amazing views. Did I mention that EVERY toilet has a heated toilet seat!? My goodness now I don’t know how I will live without this in my life! The newly renovated bathrooms were gorgeous and the showers were amazing!The pontoon was immaculate and ran like a champ. This lake is so beautiful and we enjoyed our trips admiring the homes and scenery! The stereo system on the boat was great too…The best part- the host, SEBASTIAN! I’ve rented many VRBO’s and he is by far the most attentive and interactive host we have ever had. He responded immediately each time we called or had a question. SUPER nice man who clearly loves this home and wants a great experience for all his guests. THANK YOU!This is a wonderful home for ALL ages and it’s in a great location. Incredible home! Amazing views and absolutely awesome amenities! Very comfortable beds and the place was spotless and the attention to detail was exceptional! This was our 1st time and my family loved this house! The multiple decks were amazing, having a wood fired pizza oven, a flat top griddle and a gas grill as well as 2 fire pits made it hard to leave on check out day! I look forward to visiting the area again!

Lakeside Landing

We met with family for a long Thanksgiving weekend and had a great time at the house. It's exactly as described by the owner and it's exactly like the pictures. The communication and check-in process were every easy, the instructions for all the amenities were clearly written and understandable, the beds were all very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need, including some spices in case you forgot yours. The weather was a bit cold to spend much time using the outdoor amenities (there are many), but we did do a little fishing off the dock. There are lots of stores and restaurants only about 10-15 minutes away. We had dinner at Five Points Public House in downtown Albemarle and it was great. Highly recommend. Do yourself a favor if you're looking for a lake house to rent. Not only is a wonderful setup with everything you could want, but from May to November the rental fee includes use of a very nice pontoon boat.

Beautiful Getaway on the Water

We had a wonderful time. The property was perfect and had all of the amenities we needed and more. The ability to use the pontoon boat made our stay extra special. The host was pleasant and helpful and made the check in process seamless. A beautiful place with many opportunities to unwind and relax in a peaceful setting.

Great Lake Getaway!

We had such a great time! This was one of our best rental experiences - the house was great, the outdoor space is awesome, and the boat was a fun bonus. We visited in October so it was a little chilly in the mornings but it warmed up quickly and we enjoyed fishing, swimming, and cruising on the boat during the day. Smores and football by the fire in the evenings were great too. Sebastian was a great and communicative host. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Incredible view

The house is very warm and welcoming. The screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee. We had brunch on the deck under the pergola. We used both the grill and pizza oven on the stamped patio. Outstanding amenities!! Just be careful of the view of the lake. You may want to stay.
