### Alta Mar apartment Son Bou

Two bedroom apartment in Son Bou, air conditioning and spectacular sea views. Located in a complex with swimming pool for adults and another one for children, ideal to enjoy with the family. Just a few minutes from the beach, it combines comfort and tranquillity in a paradisiacal setting.  
  
Family friendly: first cot and hightchair for free. Additional cots and highchairs available for a charge of 5€/night per set.  
  
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.  
  
Son Bou is the longest white sandy beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 km). It is therefore not surprising that one of the best tourist areas of the island has developed along it. Here you will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving centre, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.  
Only 7 kilometres from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahón, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and fun evenings on one of its terraces.

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay
