### Alta Mar apartment Son Bou

Experience paradise in this 2-bedroom apartment in Son Bou with spectacular sea views. Featuring air conditioning and located in a family-friendly complex with separate adult and children\`s pools. Just minutes from the beach, it combines comfort and tranquility for the perfect getaway.  
  
Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.  
  
We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.   
  
Son Bou is the longest white sandy beach in the Balearic Islands (2.5 km). It is therefore not surprising that one of the best tourist areas of the island has developed along it. Here you will find everything you need: restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, diving centre, water sports, horse riding and a long etcetera to enjoy your holidays with family or friends.  
Only 7 kilometres from Alaior, a charming town in the interior of the island and 18 km from Mahón, the capital of the island. Let yourself be surprised by its large port (6 km), its restaurants, bars, shops and fun evenings on one of its terraces.

Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests  
  
No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.  
  
All hosts of certified legal tourism rentals in the baleares have the duty to collect the tourism tax from the guests for the government (2,2€ per adult/night with reduced rate after 9th night) this tax is not included in the rental price. Guests are hereby informed that hosts are duly authorized to collect the tourist tax through means external to the platform used to make the reservation. This measure complies with current regulations and must be fulfilled upon check-in or as otherwise instructed by the host. Please mind always to rent certificated legal tourism properties.  
  
Guests must dispose of rubbish and waste in the nearest bin.

#### Superb Apartment

Beautiful apartment, in a very quiet location top of a hill, a car is a must as would be a very long walk up a steep hill in the heat. Lovely views, nice to sit on balcony with a glass of wine in the evening. Apartment had everything you need and was spotlessly clean. Swimming pool just a few steps away which was great and never busy. Easy process to book this apartment and great communication from the host, thank you Felix. A nice welcome pack was left on our arrival, which was very much appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. We would definately book again. We have been coming to Son Bou for the last 30 years and this was one of our favourite apartments we have stayed in.
