The penthouse features a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and an exit leading to a balcony. Additionally, there is one double bedroom, a kitchen-living room area, and a shower/bidet/WC. The kitchen-living room is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.  
  
Amenities Included  
The penthouse boasts several amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation experience. These include a washing machine, a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years old, a hair dryer, and internet access (WiFi). Furthermore, gas heating is available from November 1st to April 15th. Outdoor spaces consist of a small balcony measuring 8 square meters and two large terraces spanning 20 square meters, complete with terrace furniture. A garage at the house is also provided.
