This 3-storey residence offers convenient access to various amenities, including Internet Wifi. You can enjoy direct beach access from this vacation rental, located just 50 meters from the sea.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a spacious 5-room apartment that spans 200 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment features a very comfortable and tasteful furnishing style. The living/dining room area is equipped with a TV, and it provides access to a balcony. There are two double bedrooms, each with its own exit to the balcony. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, and a kettle, and it also has a balcony exit. Additionally, there are three separate shower rooms, each with a bidet and toilet. The apartment is heated with gas, and heating is available only from November 1st to April 15th. On the upper floor, accessible by a steep stair, there is an open gallery without a wardrobe, featuring one bed measuring 160 cm by 200 cm. Another open gallery on the upper floor, also accessible by a steep stair, has another bed of the same size. The apartment boasts parquet and natural stone floors throughout, offering a panoramic view of the sea.

The apartment is well-equipped with various amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. It includes a washing machine, which is a essential for longer stays or families with children. The kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, making it easier to clean up after meals.
