This delightful vacation rental offers a private garden of 1,000 square meters, complete with a lush lawn and a wildlife garden area. It is equipped with essential amenities such as Internet Wi-Fi and parking facilities, ensuring a convenient and comfortable stay for you and your travel companions.

The villa boasts a private garden spanning 1,000 square meters, providing ample space for relaxation and outdoor activities. The garden is fenced, ensuring privacy and security. It features a well-manicured lawn area, perfect for lounging or enjoying a picnic, as well as a dedicated wildlife garden area that allows you to connect with nature. To access the villa, you'll follow a stepped path with 10 steps, adding a touch of charm to your arrival.

Conveniently located, the villa is just 2 km from the center of Alassio, a picturesque town known for its sandy beaches and vibrant atmosphere. It is also within proximity to other nearby towns, such as Laigueglia (4 km) and Cervo (14 km), offering you the opportunity to explore the surrounding areas. Unit Layout  
  
The 4-room villa, spanning 180 square meters, is situated on the ground floor and offers a comfortable and tastefully furnished living space. The living room features a sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, providing additional sleeping accommodations. The living room leads to the garden and terrace areas. The kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. It also includes a dining table and provides access to the garden and terrace. Additionally, there is a shower, bidet, and a toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find a double bedroom, a room with two beds measuring 120 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with access to a balcony, a room with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and a sleeping facility measuring 80 cm in width and 160 cm in length. There is also another room with two beds measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor features two bathrooms, one with a bath, bidet, and toilet, and another with a shower, bidet, and toilet.

The villa is equipped with gas heating and air-conditioning, as well as forced-air heating. Please note that heating is available only from November 1st to April 15th. Outside amenities include a 10 square meter balcony and a terrace with furniture and deck chairs, offering beautiful panoramic views of the sea and the resort. Additional facilities provided are a washing machine, mosquito nets, a children's high chair, a baby cot suitable for children up to 2 years old, and a hair dryer. Complimentary WiFi internet access is available throughout the property, and reserved parking is provided at the house. Additionally, there is free parking available in the center of Alassio, approximately 100 meters from the sea.
