Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, beach or pool towels, as well as books and toys for children. Enjoy a private outdoor area with a cozy hot tub, an open terrace, and a balcony.  
  
The property is just 5 minutes from a hot air balloon point (reservation required), 10 minutes from Azenhas d'El Rei river beach, and 20 minutes from Monsaraz river beach. A filtered drinking water machine is available.  
  
There are 5 parking spaces on the property, plus free street parking nearby. Families with children are welcome. Up to 2 dogs or cats are allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted. The property offers homemade and homegrown products.
