Some previously cited minor criticisms still remain: waste needs to be carried away and at a trivial fee, but annoying and posted instructions that seem to be the inspiration for the Hilton Hotel commercial which featured VRBO-style property which prohibited "monkey business" and "wearing plaids Master suite is in the road side: road is lightly traveled but traffic might be annoying to late sleepers who like windows open. We actually owned this Townhome about 12 years ago and have not set foot in it since. Brought back great memories being there on the river, looks as good as it did when we had it all those years ago, experienced no problems and it is very much worth the price! From my experience being in South Fork, these are the best townhomes in town, actually there is no comparison! The only thing I would suggest is on the trash, just tell the people to Bag it up, leave it in the garage, and have your caretaker or someone go down to Rainbow Grocery to dispose of it. A common complaint is about the guests being required to bag, haul off and pay for garbage removal. I think it is reasonable to pay for it (we all know garbage service isn't free). However, having to bag it, haul it and pay for it at the end of the visit and in preparation for a long day of travel left us a little displeased (as other guests have written). Suggestion: just add a little to the cleaning fee and ask the cleaning staff to handle it. This would be much appreciated by your guests who are sad to leave but preparing for travel. ##### Ken S. Loved the river front and I bet it's wonderful in the summertime. Four areas of feedback: (1) The DirecTV remote was missing for the upstairs television. (2) The master bathroom shower doesn't turn on, or at least it wasn't obvious and I couldn't find any instructions (no shower). (3) If I had known that I had to mop the garage, I wouldn't have parked in there during the winter time or pay a $50 cleaning fee. Seems like that should have been made clear ahead of time. (4) There is a large ice slick in front of the garage and in the parking spot which is dangerous. I slipped on it several times going back and forth to the car. That's probably a liability.
