Thanks for staying with Hampton Alamosa and for your feedback. In response, our pool is kept at 84 degrees which is standard for the industry. Receipt was sent to your Gmail and was re-sent this morning. Charged for full stay since you checked out at 3pm after service hours. Pet fee was included. Also appears that you did receive the room type reserved through Expedia. I do apologize for any stains found on the desk chair.
