The "Villa Biino" is a spacious 10-room house spanning 270 square meters across three levels. On the upper ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a TV and radio, as well as an exit to the balcony. There is also a dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace and dining table, with access to another balcony. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, complemented by a dining table and a wood-burning stove. Additionally, there is a shower and toilet on this level.  
  
Amenities Included  
The villa offers a range of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. These include a washing machine, barbecue, dishwasher, pet-friendly accommodations (up to two pets/dogs allowed), a fireplace, private patios, heating, televisions, and a maximum capacity of 12 guests. There are seven bedrooms and three bathrooms distributed across the three levels. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds, single beds, and some have hand-basins, while the bathrooms feature showers and toilets.

The villa boasts a charming and rustic ambiance with wooden and cozy furnishings throughout. The upper floor features a room with a double bed and access to a balcony, another room with a single bed and a hand-basin, a third room with a double bed and a balcony exit, and a fourth room with two beds. The second upper floor has a living/dining area with sloping ceilings, a dining table, TV, and radio. Additionally, there are four more rooms on this level, some with sloping ceilings, furnished with double beds, single beds, and hand-basins. One of the rooms has a kitchenette with four gas rings. The villa offers a panoramic view and various outdoor spaces, including three balconies, a patio, a terrace with furniture, a barbecue area, deck chairs, and a box-room. Heating is available throughout the property, and the floors are a combination of wooden, parquet, and natural stone. Amenities such as a washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, and free WiFi internet access are provided for your convenience.
