Un cinq étoiles qui n’en est pas un. Il est rare que nous soyons négatifs à propos d’un établissement, mais notre expérience fut si décevante que nous devions la partager. Des l’arrivée en voiture, il nous est demandé de nous garer nous même dans le parking souterrain, et de monter nous mêmes nos valises à la réception. Personnel de la réception désagréable et désordonné, une attente interminable dans le hall L’établissement et les chambres sont plutôt agréables, avec de beaux volumes et de bons équipements. Notre chambre donnait sur l’entrée des cuisines et des livraisons, à la clef des bruits de poubelles le soir jusque tard et des camions de livraisons sous notre terrasse toute la matinée, donc inutilisable avec un bruit à ne pas s’entendre. La piscine, pourtant de belle taille, semble pourtant bien trop petite pour le monde présent, avec des bains de soleils tachés et remplis d’immondices, jamais nettoyés mais arborant fièrement des bandeaux « Sanitized »... La plage fut tout simplement inutilisable. Composé de fins cailloux, et non de sable, de vase et algues, les odeurs d’égouts et d’hydrocarbure finissent par vous faire préférer la piscine bondée. Concernant le petit déjeuner, la qualité des produits est plutôt bonne, ainsi que l’organisation. Le port du masque et les mesures sanitaires ne sont absolument pas respectés, et le personnel y semble totalement indifférent. Un personnel globalement désagréable et irrespectueux, lors de notre checkout notamment.

Plage magnifique piscine très agréable on peu y rester toute la journée comme elle est au milieu de l hôtel bien conçu meme de grande chaleur qu on ne sent pas en plus piscine refroidie on a passé des vacances très très agréables a refaire !!!! magnifique vue de la chambre bon restaurant sur la corniche de l hôtel tout est prévu même les promenades à vélo en location 👍👍👍👍🤗

It a nice hotel located in Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khimah, it is quite hotel to spend a few days, the staff in the reception are friendly and they welcome everyone with a smile , thanks to Said and Rahima, the room was excellent and located in the center facing the sea, we loved to have a nice relaxing time in this hotel.

Resort for families with an all-inclusive vibe
Had a one day stay and did not eat anything at the hotel so cannot comment on all facilities. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and felt modern. I particularly liked the large balcony and seating area. In-room service looked good although I never tried it. The hotel got a bit of all-inclusive vibe with fairly loud music at the pool.

Older Rooms than you'd expect-odd.
Was surprising to find it a very old feeling hotel in its room accommodations. Lacked plugs by the bed, little things like that...Found the wifi a bit "iffy" my 1st room, bed was awkward, phone didn't work, sink leaked. Front desk was gracious enough to change my room and 2nd room still had a non-functional phone but a nicer view and I appreciated they're willingness to move me with no hassle. Still, rooms feel very "old school" and not so much in the cute or quaint way.

Excellent staff and service. I didn't like the fact that the resort is "dry" (no alcohol) and don't think this was made clear to me enough when booking. Available TV channels were very poor. For a 5 Star Resort, I would have expected much better choice, including much more live sport and movies.

Loved our stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, we had the buffet breakfast and it was great! There are limited dining options on the resort, besides the buffet, so we just ordered take out. My understanding was that there is a private beach but it’s not easily accessible. We didn’t see it when we walked around.

Stayed there the 3rd time and each time is better. The room cleaning guys are amazing. Everyone around is amazing. They wont hassel you for tips or anything. Always smile. Always eager to help. Abs love the way the staff makes everyone welcome. Got a good upgrade. So that was good. Food was ok. Wont rate it the best but the rest of the hotel is just amazing

Nice Facilities but medium Service Level.
Hotel rooms were good with nice balconies, TV should allow for connecting external inputs easily. We booked the hotel for availability of indoor pool since outdoor water is cold now, however children were not allowed in indoor pools and no mention of this online at booking. Published times for Gym, Pirates Club etc are not right they open later and close earlier. Room Service was extremely unprofessional calling us 3 times to correct their offers and then advising lack of availability after 30min. Hotel does not check the requests made at booking, totally unaware. Check-in is slow but they did give us an upgrade for one room with a little extra space. Beach is a shuttle ride or 5-10min walk outside the hotel. Generally, nice rooms and combination of facilities but lack of management attention to details and quality of services.

I’m honestly disappointed with this stay. I had high hopes but feel as if I were deliberately misled. When I arrived to check in, it was so busy. I parked myself as there was no valet service. Parking in the garage was a nightmare. When I arrive at the lobby, I’m helped quickly to get checked in. I’m offered an “upgrade” to a class of room underneath the one I paid for. Eventually the guy found me a room with a balcony. The room was spacious with a separate living area and bedroom. However, the AC in the bedroom didn’t work. I called the maintenance and he came to fix it. When he fixed the bedroom one, the living room AC stopped working. It was registering more than 24C even though it was set on 20C. The man was condescending, telling me it’s working and it just needs time. The air would change to cool eventually. They left. Next I went to put my belongings in the safe to find it not working either. By now, I’m frustrated. I’m tired from traveling to this hotel and things not working as they should. I go to the front desk and ask for a different room. A different man comes to help and tells me that there are no rooms. That I’m American and love the heat. So the AC not working shouldn’t be a big deal. He tells me he doesn’t have any room available. When I ask for a refund, he magically finds another room in my category. Why make me argue? Now let’s talk the beach. It claims it’s beachfront. In fact, the beach is really across a 6 lane road behind a fence.
