« Well all reviews mention poor condition, but you should declare your most sincere experience for what you are paying and what you expect. I have stayed many 5\* hotels but this furnished 2BHK apartment is excellent value for money, clean, good wifi, room service, clean toilets close proximity to shopping malls, restaurants surrounding etc. people should be realistic for what they pay &what they expect rather criticize otherwise. To me it was best stay with big family on holidays to muscat,...

« Le personnel est gentil mais le ménage se fais tous les 3 jours en moyenne , il y'a beaucoup de bruit , les meubles sont très vieux , le lit est tellement ancien qu'il bouge non stop et il fais du bruit donc impossible de dormir , dans la chambre des enfants on a passe une nuit sans climatiseur puisqu'il est tombe en panne en fin de soirée , la cuisine la plaque chauffante est rouillé , les fenêtres se ferment mal , la clientèle de cet hôtel est purement régionale donc ils laissent les portes...

"Je suis vraiment satisfaite de mon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été impressionnée par la gentillesse exceptionnelle de tout le personnel : l’équipe de l’accueil, les personnes chargées du ménage, les serveurs, le chef, le personnel qui s’occupe des piscines, de la plage… absolument tout le monde a été incroyable. Toujours souriants, attentionnés et prêts à aider. Cette bienveillance constante a rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Le service est irréprochable : rapide, organisé, chaleureux et vraiment tourné vers le confort du client. Les équipements sont nombreux, modernes et parfaitement entretenus, ce qui renforce la sensation de bien-être à chaque instant. Mention spéciale pour le petit déjeuner, d’une qualité exceptionnelle ! Un choix immense, des produits frais, des saveurs variées… un vrai bonheur chaque matin. L’hôtel est magnifique, décoré avec goût, lumineux et très propre. Les piscines sont splendides, très bien entretenues, et la plage est tout simplement superbe, naturelle et offrant un cadre parfait pour se détendre. Bref, j’ai absolument tout aimé. Un séjour parfait du début à la fin ! Je recommande cet hôtel les yeux fermés."
