Magnifique hôtel, situé en pleine nature. Le personnel est serviable, le buffet est varé et les restos à la carte sont délicieux. Le seul hic est que la plage est très petite et il y a beaucoup de roches. De plus, il faut prendre la navette pour se rendre à la plage, ce qui prend 10-15 minutes.

Le Sian Kaan est tres beau. Le site est tres propre. Il y a beaucoup de vegetation, peut-etre un peu trop. Toutefois il n'y a aucune ambiance. Clientele assez agée, souvent 50-60 ans. Même moi (55) et mon épouse (48) trouvions le site beaucoup trop tranquille. Nous allions toujours sur les autres sites du complexe à plus de 15 minutes de navette.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au Sian Kaan. La qualité de service, la possibilité de se restaurer dans les différents restaurants du complexe. Le site est magnifique avec ses jardins luxuriants et le golf. Malgré le fait que l'hôtel ne soit pas au bord de la plage, cela ne nous a pas gêné, le système de petit train navette vers la plage et les différents hôtels fonctionne très bien. Une plage privative avec transats est à disposition des clients de l'hôtel. Seul petit bémol, les chambres ne sont pas très bien insonorisés, si vous avez des voisins bruyants çà peut être un problème. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Excellent séjour
Le séjour fut excellent. Personnel à la hauteur. Un bémol concernant le lobby que je trouve impersonnel très moderne ne cadrant pas du tout avec le charme local. Rien à dire concernant la végétation, les piscines, l'implantation des chambres, le service hôtelier, les petits shuttle qui relient l'hôtel aux autres centres hôteliers de la même chaîne et la restauration.

Très bel hôtel au coeur d une magnifique végétation; le plus : chambre confortable et moderne, plage propre et service au top, buffet copieux et riche, le moins : boissons trop diluées et sucrées. Je recommande cet hôtel.

Superbe hôtel correspondant parfaitement à nos attentes chambres à la décoration moderne accueillante et propre. Le personnel de l hôtel est aux petits soins toujours un mot gentil pour engager la conversation. Niveau nourriture beaucoup de choix au buffet il y en a pour tous les goûts même pour nous qui ne mangeons pas de viande. Attention à éviter les réservations d escursions via les tours opérateurs de l hôtel qui sont plus chères et surtout qui vous vendent un package inexistant il vaut mieux aller en ville à Tulum ou se rendre' sur place en collectivo pour qql pesos. A voir absolument chiches ista les cenotes le fort de Tulum la réserve naturelle de sian kaan et les tortues géantes de la plage d Akumal

Room could use some renovation as well as the jacuzzi and the yard could get some cleaning from falling branches . Properly itself is gorgeous but far from their other properties. The good thing is the other properties is accessible .

What year were pictures taken for advertisement? Not recently!!! Will not go back, do not recommend. Worst trip I've ever taken with my husband. Paid $15 for a very small bottle of pepto bismal, to be expected I guess. Walking miles every day to eat or swim or catch a ride in the golf cart to another property to walk miles to look at the beach, swim at the various pools, and that's it, unless you golf. Restaurants need reservations, and those should be made pre arrival, but they don't tell you that. The power went out, no explanations, nothing, just in a blackout for a bit...Our room got up to 77 degrees at night, and we had every available blind closed, everything to help keep it cool. Maintenance only shot their device to check temp, nothing more...Unsatisfactory meal options and the buffet food was never hot. We never ate a hot meal the whole time. They offer plenty of cheap liquor all day and night and if that's all you're going for, this place is for you. Otherwise, I recommend choosing another resort!!!

I really like going to Sian Ka’an because it is fairly quiet and you can eat dinner at a wide variety of à la carte restaurants each nights. You also have full access to the other three resorts. Had a try relaxing, wonderful time.

The property and hotel staff were truly excellent - it was easily the best resort we've ever stayed at. Special thank you to Estefany in the customer service department for their assistance when Expedia lied to us and refused to assistance with a booking problem. We did have one negative experience with the airport-hotel transfer; the hotel recommended a taxi service that frauded our credit card. I don't necessarily blame them for that company's actions, but I do think it should be noted as guest safety should be #1.

It is far from the beach, it has limited beach axis. It is rocky, and not enjoyable we personally did not like that. It is full of dried leaves on the ground and buried jungly and it’s very small, and the night shows are very limited with an extra charge. The dining was also very limited, à la carte you had to make a reservation prior to dine, which was almost impossible, because some of them required two weeks in advance.

Very nice overall. Could probably do with some refurbishment and sprucing up to feel more luxurious, but otherwise its a nice quiet location.

Samantha and Aurora were amazing and always very helpful. The top shelf liquor was only in certain places and if they did not have it, they would not bother to get it. The rooms were average at best. I didn’t view this resort as luxury but average at best. Again, kudos to Samantha and Aurora for trying to make our experience satisfying.

Staying at Sian Ka’an was great! It was cool to access Cobá, Akumal and Tulum as well to go to the beachside. We mostly stayed at those but only slept at Sian Ka’an.

We had a great stay and are actually sad we had to leave so soon! Everyone from Nicole that checked us in to Pedro that took us to our room were absolutely amazing. Javier in the concierge helped us throughout the whole stay! There is nothing I would change; only a clarification form contents that says the Sian Khan property is not at the actual beach. I was looking for that experience but everything was great anyway.
