N Summary: Newly built, stunning 3 bed villa offering amazing views from both internal and external areas. Inside, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, lounge/dining area, 2 further bedrooms and an infinity pool that can be heated during the winter. Surrounded by a large, well kept gardens. Offering the perfect location for those who want to get closer to nature and enjoy the peace and quiet. The Space: Villa Anna is part of an exceptional sea view project named "Olive Stone Villas". It is located high above the bay of Paleros, Surrounded by olives grove, with the peaceful view of Paleros Bay close by and in walking distance. The amazing colour of the Ionian Sea, being complimented perfectly by the lush coloured backdrop of the Lefkas Island, gives a unique experience to be remembered. Built in 2021, the villa offers the perfect home away from home, designed by top architects, it has achieved its goal of showcasing the amazing surroundings and scenery while giving the luxury and comfort to fulfil an enjoyable and peaceful vacation. Villa Anna will allow dreams to be released and ensure long lasting memories of a beautiful and relaxing holiday. The villa has been created in two parts, the main villa consisting of the master bedroom, kitchen and lounge, and a further two guest bedrooms are divided from the villa by a decked external living area. The master bedroom offers amazing views over the bay of Paleros, the serenity of the Acarnanian mountain range and the glistening of the sea. With a large double bed and a cocomat mattress to ensure the best sleep you can experience. You will be totally rejuvenated from the hustle of everyday life. The master also boasts an en-suite bathroom with separate W.C, rainshower and stone wash basin. Built in wardrobes give plenty of storage space and a desk area is large enough for a laptop and general items. The lounge and kitchen have perfect views from the glass doors that run the entire length of the room and open out to the external areas and the pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with the all the essentials required, coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, toaster, kettle and washing machine. The lounge offers seating where you can watch the sunset and dream of the night ahead, read a book or watch the latest films on the 50" TV. A teak dining table is placed near the glass doors’ making an incredible setting for evening meals. The external area is very spacious with a shaded area . Enjoying the unique Greek cuisine served with a glass of white wine with your company gathered around the large external dining table is an unforgettable and unique al fresco dining memory. An inviting, glistening pool at Villa Anna offers a cooling experience out of the midday sun, or alternatively, for the sun lovers, teak sunbeds surround the pool enabling the holiday tan to be achieved whilst reading a good book or drinking an ice cold beverage. The two guest bedrooms are across from the main villa. Both guest rooms have a double bed with coco mat mattress, rain shower, plenty of storage space and a well-lit alcove with a shelf suitable for laptops. These rooms are joined by an area that consists of a W.C and two stone wash basins. Both have stunning views. Surrounding the villa, a beautiful garden has been planted with Oleanders and other traditional Greek plants and herbs, giving the ultimate feeling of being in beautiful and traditional Greece. Energy class: Β Guest Access: You are welcome to access all areas of the property. The Neighborhood: Paleros, a picturesque town located on the west coast of mainland Greece, is situated in a breathtaking backdrop of beautiful and serene vistas and the crystal clear waters of the Ionian sea. Olive trees, vineyards and pine trees extend down to sandy beaches. The town with many bars and tavernas are within walking distance. The most popular spot is the modern and fun Paleros Yacht club that provides all day entertainment and offers sun loungers and umbrellas to relax under whilst enjoying a drink from the large variety of cocktails that they offer or to dine on the delicious food chosen from an extremely modern and tasty menu. The villa offers an excellent base to be able to explore the neighbouring islands of Lefkada, Meganissi, Kalamos, Kastos, Atokos and the famous Scorpios island. We thoroughly recommend our rib boat day cruise around the many Ionian Islands as it offers an amazing insight to the many beauties of Greece that are often overlooked. This can be booked with us at any time. Getting Around: The town centre of Paleros is 500m and so walking is an option. Taxis are available for hire but a car is recommended if the area is to be explored. Other Things to Note: We can arrange a rib boat around the ionian islands and other excursions. We have our own qualified masseur who is available to come to the villa and give private massages. It is cleverly designed to make the most of the views and provide generous living space inside and out. Superbly equipped. We ate out every evening, but you could easily cook up a big meal in the kitchen. The infinity pool is perfect for cooling off in and then lie on the deck and admire the view down the hill to the sea. Paleros is a sweet little town with a good choice of restaurants. There is a good little supermarket three minutes walk from the villa. Communication with the owner was brilliant and Sarah was always quick to respond with recommendations and to organise anything we needed. We managed without a car. The walk up the hill from the sea is a good workout! 100% recommend and hope to be back before too long. ##### Kathryn C. Villa Anna is a modern, well equipped villa with stunning views across the Ionian Sea. Only a short stroll into town where you will find a beautiful town square, lots of lovely restaurants along the sea front and the Yacht Club which is a fantastic place!
