Overall, the property was clean and easy to access. Unfortunately for me, the equipment in the fitness center did not work. following the directions on the control panel of the treadmills resulted in no action. That sucked. I stayed in room 108\. The bed mattress was too soft and I found it difficult to sleep and got up with a sore back each morning. The staff was very good. Cynthia was very helpful getting one problem corrected.

Everything was great. Coffee and hot water was not always piping in the lobby and there was no microwave in the room, but I was able to run it through the coffee maker in the room to heat it up. Everything was very comfortable. As expected for a Hampton Inn.

Standard breakfast with nice variety. What stood out at this location was the staff! Everyone always had a smile and said hi every time I would walk past the desk. A very friendly staff that made me feel very welcomed. The room was on par with many other Hampton Inn’s I have stayed in. This facility, what stood out the most was the fantastic staff.
