"My family and I enjoyed thoroughly Menzel Nour. This house is beautiful.
We did appreciate Mustapha and Nadia and their quiet way of helping.
We also very much like having the Lady who did cook wonderful meals for us.
the AC from the TV room needs to be improved.
But overall it was a great experience.

"Le séjour s'est très bien passé.
L'hôte est super sympathique et très accueillant.
Chambre propre et la déco de toute la maison est top.
L'endroit est très calme,joli et dépaysant.UN PARADIS.
Bien placé, à proximité de l'aéroport, du bac, et de houmt souk.
On a passé un très bon séjour et on y retournera.
Merci Manuel et Sophia."
"I was denied the room I had reserved (overbooking I was told in a rude unprofessional tone)
The location is isolated & not easy accessible .
Don't bother waisting your time, not worth a try."

5/5 Excellent
Really enjoyable family holiday
"We were looking for a family friendly hotel to relax, enjoy pool and beach time, spacious and comfortable rooms, and discover a new destination. That’s exactly what we found with Djerba and Iberostar hotel. Hotel Staff was really friendly, kids pool fun and big, large main pool, and perfect indoor pool for colder days, beautiful setting and beach, lots of sport and kids animations like mini disco every night which our 5 and 8 yo boys loved. Food was very good and varied every day with local and international dishes. I recommend this hotel. We also took the time to explore Djerba in Taxi on our own (Djerba explore and crocodile farm 5min drive away, countryside Gedalla and Djerba hood, and Thursday market at Houmt souk). The taxis drivers are all friendly and honest."

"We’ve been in Djerba for only 5 days and we booked up at last minute. Food was amazing, excellent variety at the buffet, mainly traditional Tunisian food. The all inclusive included only soft drinks but with a little extra $ you could have local alcoholic beverages but honestly didn’t worth it! (Tap beer and strong liquor are not good) You end up paying to get bottled beer. Nice bar service at the pool close to the beach. General cleanest is excellent at the room, bathroom room and buffet. With less then 20 dinars you can go everywhere on the island. Would definitely go back to Mouradi Djerba!"

"Worst experience ever ruined by their receptionist Mr Maher Klaibi.
I was with my friend, and I spoke with him in arabic he didn't welcome us in a proper way.
I made the reservation 1h before heading there, and he tried his best to do not give to us a room beside the booking was confirmed and paid.
He was mentioning that we had to pay twice, as he had a bad issue with booking through Expedia and Booking. He said also that he couldn't see that our booking went through from their system. ( generally it takes 30 min everywhere in the world, I never had an issue with last minute booking).
When I told him that I will speak with customer service about paying twice and denied check in, he changed behavior and start to be nice and gentle. When the agent contacted him to clarify the situation, he been really kind to me and start to fake smile and acting as a different person. I never been discriminated in my life but here. That's a shame, the hotel wasn't bad. Exept him, everyone nice.
I still don't understand the misbehaving of Mr Klaibi to us. "

"I recently spent three nights. The facilities, while showing signs of age, offer good value for money. The food was average. However, the standout feature was the staff who made the stay great with their hospitality. During my visit, there were ongoing upgrades, and it's worth noting that it was not the peak season. Overall, a budget-friendly option with vintage charm and a promise of improvement."
