You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### F2 cozy 36m ² panoramic sea view + terrace 16m ²

In Ajaccio, at the beginning of the road of bloodthirsty, in calm residence and sported in 200m of the beach, cozy F2 in 4 ° & last. floor, air conditioned 36m2 + 16m2 terrace + barbecue, facing south panoramic sea view, close to amenities.  
Open kitchen: fridge + freezer, microwave, hob, deep fryer, Nespresso machine  
Separate bedroom with 160x200 bed + tv + PS3  
Sitting area with a BZ (TB bed 140x190) + tv  
SDB & separate wc & laundry with washing machine  
  
it is possible to park at the bottom of the building in the residence. Summer with the many vacationers, it is easier to park before 20h, however there is always room in the residence.  
Attention, there is no lift, but the 4 floors are easily done.  
The internet is in wifi, you will find the code on the ADSL box (the fiber is not yet in the residence).  
It is a very quiet residence  
The "cradle" mentioned in the announcement is an umbrella bed, there is also a cot and a baby bath.   
Sheets and towels are provided and included at the total price of the rental and brought after each departure to the laundry.  
  
The neighborhood  
Bakery and supermarket at 1,3km (shuttle every 20 min at the foot of the residence)  
Downtown Ajaccio at 4km  
You will also find many restaurants along the route des sanguinaires  
The famous beaches of Barbicaja and Marinella are less than 3km away, as is the Villa de Tino Rossi.
