The apartment is composed as follows: an entrance, an air-conditioned living-dining room opening onto the main terrace with sea view, an equipped kitchen opening onto another terrace on the parking side, two air-conditioned bedrooms, a shower room and a separate toilet.   
  
The best thing about this apartment: the terrace offering a breathtaking view of the bay of Marinella.
