You will be so close to all the Airlie Beach action that you will not even need a car. Airlie Bay View is a brand new home with designer furnishing throughout. This home is stylish, contemporary living at its best and a stay here will ensure an unforgettable holiday experience for the whole family. This magnificent home is spread over two levels; on the upper level there are 4 beautifully appointed bedrooms, the master with walk in robe and ensuite. Also on this level is your master design fully equipped kitchen complete with Nespresso Coffee Machine, the latest SMEG appliances and butlers pantry. From the kitchen, the clever design of the home seamlessly flows through to the a spacious combined lounge and dining area with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors that lead out to the spacious tiled deck area which runs the complete length of the front of the home. Here you you will find the large gas BBQ, outdoor dining setting and lounge chair making it the perfect place for afternoon and pre dinner drinks and alfresco dining with family and friends while enjoying the uninterrupted ocean views and the Whitsunday Islands beyond. The lower level of this home showcases a large 5th bedroom with its own private lounge area and ensuite. This level also has a secure undercover double lockup garage. Soak up the sunshine on the back deck or jump into your own private sparkling blue swimming pool to cool off after a day out exploring the Whitsunday Islands. The home also boasts an office nook all set up with WiFi should you need to work, is fully air conditioned throughout and has beautifully manicured lawns.
