You'll also spot horses and kangaroos grazing in the distance, adding to the serene natural beauty. Conveniently located, the property is just a short walk to shops, cafes, the pub, the V-Line bus stop, and the farmer's market. Sandy Gully Beach and the lighthouse precinct are only a 20-minute stroll away, while the cliff-top walk of the Great Ocean Road Walk is a 10-minute walk from your door. Perfect for family fun, this home comes fully equipped with books, sports equipment, toys, and more to keep guests entertained. The closest patrolled beach is Fairhaven Surf Beach, a 40-minute walk or a quick 15-minute bike ride, and just a 5-minute drive away. With 3 bedrooms, 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms, and 3 toilets, the house comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It’s ideal for two families, a family with grandparents, or a group of 8 adults. The house smelled like it had been locked up for months and there were cobwebs and dust in almost every direction you looked. It was so disappointing because the house otherwise could have been great. Perfect for two families as there’s a bathroom and main bedroom on each floor, enough off street parking for 2-3 cars and walking distance to the shops and beach. If the house had been cleaned, and some of the owners things packed away (the house was packed full of stuff in every room and every shelf and cupboard was almost overflowing with the owners things) we would have happily rated the house 4 stars. ##### Sonja L.
