Welcome to Aireys Chatley’s gem, a recently built coastal escape in Aireys Inlet. Only a 5 minute stroll to the doggie friendly beach. This spacious, one level beautifully presented 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom property is tucked away in a tranquil gully setting near the beach side, away from the main road and a leisurely walk to Sandy Gully beach. It's also walking distance to other local beaches, Eagle Rock Marine Sanctuary, Split Point Lighthouse and Aireys' tennis courts, cafes and shops. Enjoy the large open plan kitchen/living and dining with a modern coastal feel throughout that takes you to the back of the house where you will the covered deck and BBQ perfect for entertaining, or sitting back and enjoying beautiful sunsets and the local bird life. The living area is light filled and spacious allowing flexibility to watch the 75 inch smart TV, play games (Wii ) or simply curl up and read a good book (the property has two large smart TVs). Down the hallway are two bedrooms, one the master bedroom with ensuite and King bed and another big bedroom with a Queen bed and Trio bunk. The third, fourth and fifth bedrooms have Queen sized beds and all with high quality new mattresses which will ensure a blissful rest after enjoying Aireys’ attractions. There is also a second bathroom with bath/shower, separate wc and laundry. A large dining table and fully equipped kitchen with butlers pantry and coffee machine caters for all your family’s or couples needs. You'll love entertaining outside, with a large deck, and making the most of the landscaped surrounds and fire pit. Completed by Easter. Chatley’s gem really is the perfect beach side spot for your next family or couples’ getaway. Please Note: This property has been recently build, with a view finishing touches to be completed by Easter – fencing, screens, fire pit and landscaped gardens. This property is new and spacious and was perfect for our family getaway which consisted of 8 adults and 2 children under 2 years. The kitchen is well equipped including a large fridge but there are minimal homewares which also makes the property child friendly. The shops are only a short drive away and there is a walking track along the beach nearby. Unfortunately, we were greeted with a dishwasher full of dirty dishes, a kitchen bench and dining table covered in crumbs and sticky marks, dining chairs and stools covered in crumbs, and the hard floors from the front door to the main living area, and main bathroom shower base had gravel from the driveway all over them. Heating in the bedrooms would make an improvement to this property because the heater in the main living area didn't heat the rest of the house and we were cold overnight. I also would have liked a bin in the ensuite (I'm not sure if there was one in the main bathroom or not), and a double towel rail. Some of the other guests complained that there was a shortage of power points in the bedrooms (not one on both sides of the beds). The house had an echo and when in the master bedroom the television sounded louder than in the living area which makes me question the quality of the insulation in the walls. Just a few suggestions for improvements! I also would have been happy to pay extra per night and not have to worry about organising own linen hire separately. Overall, it was a nice home away from home. ##### Nicola T. It is close to the beach for swimming and walks and 10 min walk to the shops . We would highly recommend it and have already booked it for next year . ##### John P.
