A beautiful apartment that has been completely renovated to a very high standard. It's1 minute walk from slopes, ski school and cable car. The duplex is on the 1st floor with a lift in a chalet style residence right in the heart of the village. It has 4 bedrooms (2 with (140x190) beds and 1 with (160x190), 1 with 2 bunk beds (90x190),1 bathroom and 2 shower rooms, 3 toilets. The principal bedroom has a king size bed, TV , en suite bathroom and large balcony. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds and shares a shower room with the third bedroom which has a double bed. On the ground floor is the fourth bedroom with a double beds (140x190) and another shower room. A very comfortable living/dining room with satellite TV, wifi and a huge balcony overlooking the valley, A very well equipped kitchen, with induction hob,large fridge,oven and micro wave. Raclette and fondue machines. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer, plenty of cupboard space and a ski locker downstairs. Cleaning is including Directions: La Plagne Montalbert is easily accessible from the N 90 and is located 150 km (2 hrs) from Geneva, 2 hrs 15 mins from Lyon & Grenoble airports or 1 hr 15 mins from Chambery airport. It is just 15 minutes from Aime Station where the direct Eurostar from St Pancras stops, and 30 minutes from Bourg St Maurice where you have to catch the Eurostar home again. This apartment is accessible by car and being only 20 mins from the N90, it provides quick access to other world class resorts like Val d'Isere, Meribel, Courchevel and Chamonix. Seul problème important ..2 lits enfants ...pris par adultes car nous étions 6 adultes et 3 enfants .Literie " désastreuse " et nuits blanches. dans cette chambre..Nous avons contacté Olivia après 2 mauvaises nuits.. la gestionnaire très sympa et réactive.. au bout de 3 jours et la literie a été changé la veille de notre départ..Donc bravo ..Nous aurions du lui demander la 1ere nuit .. Four changé immédiatement car problème de fumée..et réactivité immédiate d'olivia et propriétaire. Donc gestion très sérieuse.. Appartement très fonctionnel et agréable..Pres des pistes . Local à ski spacieux et chauffé. Appartement spacieux pour 10\. Il manque peut-être une entrée dans l’appartement pour retirer les manteaux et chaussures avant d’entrée dans le salon. Grand balcon qui surplombe un petit parc pour enfants. Jolie vue, 3 salles de bain très pratiques, un dortoir de 2x2 lits superposés (ideal pour passer des vacances entre enfants). Salon confortable. Commerçants sympathiques ainsi que les moniteurs de ski. Grand balcon avec superbe vue sur la vallée, dommage qu'il ne soit pas ensoleillé ..
