The area is close to Tripler Hospital, Pearl Harbor, and Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, making it ideal for military, medical, and business travelers. With easy freeway access, you’re just a short drive from downtown Honolulu and the beaches of the South Shore. Enjoy a relaxed, residential vibe with parks, walking paths, and scenic views of the mountains and Pearl Harbor.  
  
Getting around the island is easy from this central Aiea location. You’re just minutes from the H-1 and H-3 freeways, offering quick access to all parts of Oʻahu—Waikīkī (20–25 mins), the North Shore (45–60 mins), and Kailua and the Windward side (30–40 mins).  
  
While public transportation (TheBus) and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are available, renting a car is highly recommended to make the most of your stay and explore the island at your own pace. Free and assigned parking is included with your stay for added convenience.  
  
Please remember that you are staying in a privately owned condo unit. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but we are not on site 24/7.

Additionally, any evidence of illegal substances (Marijuana or other illegal substances) left behind by guests will be reported to authorities.
