Pet Rules: \*Pets must not be left unattended in the home at any time \*Pets are charged a $20 per pet per night fee, plus a refundable $150 pet deposit after booking. \* Any damage from your pet will be at the cost of the guest and will be charged from the pet deposit. \*Guest must pick up all pet waste and must not leave pet to roam the house unsupervised. A $50 fee will be charged if pet waste is not picked up. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and an additional cleaning fee may apply if there is excessive dog hair, stains or damage to furniture. \*Pet deposit will be returned within 2 weeks of departure as long as rules are followed and damages are not found. \*Pets must be kept on a leash in all public areas (i.e. the driveway) at all times \*Pet deposit is forfeit if any pet rules are not followed \*This listing is based on double occupancy, meaning there is a fee for each guest beyond 2 people. The thermostat will only allow you to set the temperature between certain minimum and maximum temperature limits. Should you need to exceed these temperature limits there are additional fees. Please note: some roads from the East, such as Tioga Pass and Glacier Point are seasonal and are closed October through June. Pack-n-play must be requested in advance. PLEASE NOTE: Hot Tub is available for use 24/7 but please know that the hot tub servicer may stop by at some point, during daytime hours, to service the hot tub. We also have other service providers (Gardner, pest control, etc.) who may be outside on the property during daytime hours, from time to time.
