An uncrowded escape for those wanting something different, something special - a future-thinking haven of how living in harmony with nature should be. Architect-designed and built for entertaining or just lazing around, the Tree House is a wonderful retreat. Where the amenities are world class and swimming and surfing are year round pursuits. Where turtles nest on secluded beaches and diving and snorkeling on the spectacular coral of the southern Great Barrier Reef are close at hand. Where kangaroos and wallabies roam and even a novice can catch the fish of a lifetime! Sliding back the large glass stacker doors, the massive decking and gorgeous timber-floored indoor spaces are brought together to provide seamless indoor/outdoor living. You are now among the treetops, taking in the spectacular Coral Sea views as the gentle breezes sweep by. Built over three levels, there are four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom (including master suite featuring super-size spa overlooking the water). Two large living areas, crisp white kitchen, dining area, study, powder room and laundry complete the picture. The position is superb - one of only a few houses on the northern side of Sunrise at 1770 with panoramic views over Springs beach and point-break - and just a couple of minutes' stroll to swimming pools, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, half basketball court, children's playground and bbq cabanas. On upper level, guest bedroom with 1 King Bed, air-conditioning and ensuite bathroom. On upper level, 2 bunk bedrooms each with 4 single bunk beds, air conditioning and ensuite bathroom. Powder room. Fully appointed modern kitchen with stone bench tops. Included are oven, dishwasher, plenty of crockery, fridge/freezer and microwave. Open plan dining and sitting area with ocean views and massive commercial-grade stacker opening glass doors. Large second sitting area with flat screen TV with Foxtel. Exceptionally large outdoor decking area with bbq, sun lounges, dining table and chairs. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer. The house was amazing with a well set up kitchen, extras like tennis racquets, beach chairs and boogie boards, and views to die for. The facilities in the estate are world class and the beaches are so beautiful and you often have them to yourselves. There’s so much to do in the area.
