The property boasts a private yard, lawn, wildlife garden, and natural garden (fenced), as well as parking facilities. There is one room with a single bed, also offering access to the veranda. Additionally, there is a gallery with another single bed. The property has two double bedrooms, with one featuring a shower, bidet, and WC, and the other providing access to the veranda.

The vacation property is well-equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
