The kitchenette is basic but clean and has all of the necessities. For the price, it was much nicer than we expected. The bathroom was roomy and it had a great shower. It's located near the best area for shopping and charming streets and places to eat. There is a small outside area with tables and grass, as well. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. If we needed to stay in Agen again, we would stay here. ##### Michelle Stayed 1 night in Sep 2025 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Mardi Jul 26, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication I stayed here for 6 nights for a conference in July 2025 and found it clean, comfortable, quiet and very reasonably priced. I liked the option of making breakfast for myself or preparing a simple meal (the kitchenette is pretty basic but has a fridge, microwave, hot plates, a coffee machine (attention, you can't buy the pods in the supermarket but they sell them in the lobby) and basic equipment - no bowls for cereal though, I imagine had I asked I could have borrowed some from the breakfast room). There is a 13€90 breakfast option which I didn't have but nice to have the option. I appreciated the water fountain in the lobby on hot days. Reception was always very pleasant and helpful. Malgres notre arrivée tardive ( minuit 30) Appartement propre. Accueil de la journée très sympathique aussi. Lège bémol sur une mauvaise odeur de la cuisine ( renfermer) mais rien de méchant. Je voyage beaucoup et lorsque l'on rentre dans l'appartement je ne me suis pas senti confortable et cosy.
