The secure "Les Paradores" residence includes private parking for each apartment and a swimming pool.  
  
This residence consists of small semi-detached villas, some of which are either single-story or have two floors.  
  
Located in the heart of the pine forest, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting while still being close to everything.  
  
A 15-minute walk from the nearest beach, Plage de la Roquille, via a path that crosses the pine forest. There, you'll find shops such as a bakery, snack bar, newsagent/tobacco shop, market gardener, mini-market, restaurants, and beach huts.  
  
Also on this beach, you'll find water sports such as jet skiing, tubing, banana boat rides, pedal boats, etc.  
  
The harbor center is a 15-minute walk away.  
The agency is a 10-minute walk away.  
  
Semi-detached villa, 50 m², sleeps 6, with a shared swimming pool.  
East-facing, overlooking the pine forest. 25 m² enclosed terrace  
Private parking space #14.  
  
This villa has a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed on the ground floor.  
A cabin with a bunk bed: sleeps 2 single beds.  
Upstairs, on the open mezzanine, there is a 140 cm double bed.  
  
Bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet.  
  
Living room:  
Dining table and equipped kitchen (microwave, four-burner gas stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, electric barbecue, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, washing machine).  
  
TV (French channels only).  
  
Utensils such as pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and plates are available for guests, as well as duvets, pillows, and cleaning supplies.  
  
The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. You can contact the agency, which will provide you with a Wi-Fi router (5GB per day) for €7 per day or €39 per week.  
  
Sheets, towels, and tea towels are not provided in this apartment. You can request them from the agency if necessary.  
Rental price: €15 per bed for sheets.  
Towels: €10 per person.
