This residence comprises small semi-detached villas, some on one level and others with an upper floor. Located in the heart of a pine forest, you'll enjoy peace and quiet during your vacation, yet be close to everything. The nearest beach, Plage de la Roquille, is a 15-minute walk away via a path through the pine forest. There you'll find shops such as a bakery, snack bar, newsagent/tobacconist, greengrocer, mini-market, restaurants, and beach bars. You can also enjoy water sports on this beach, including jet skiing, towed inflatables, banana boats, pedal boats, and more. The port center is a 15-minute walk away. The agency is a 10-minute walk away. This 42 m² semi-detached villa sleeps 4 and is air-conditioned. It is located in a gated and secure complex with a shared swimming pool. East/West facing with views of the pine forest. Enclosed 22 m² terrace. Private parking. Children are welcome. Pets are welcome. 5G Wi-Fi is available in the apartment from June to September (a €150 security deposit will be required upon arrival).
