Charming and spacious 27 m² one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, fully renovated and air-conditioned with Wi-Fi. 20 m² southwest-facing terrace overlooking green space. Private parking space no. 231. This apartment is rated 2 stars and can accommodate 4 people in the furnished tourist accommodation category. In the living room, you'll find a 140cm sofa (new), a TV, and a dining area. The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped (oven, microwave, SENSEO electric coffee maker, a large fridge-freezer, a 4-burner induction hob, and an extractor hood). The bedroom features a 140cm double bed and a large walk-in closet. View of the residence's garden. Bathroom (shower) with washing machine and separate toilet. This apartment is air-conditioned.
