In the Eureka residence, charming air-conditioned one-bedroom mezzanine apartment for 4 people, with private parking and access to a swimming pool.  
  
Located in the Pinède district, 2 km from the town center and 1 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac.  
  
Shared amenities include a well-maintained garden and a swimming pool (6 x 9 m, 150 cm deep, open from June 1st to September 30th).  
  
An ideal destination for relaxation, you'll find beach activities, hiking trails, and a cycle path nearby.  
  
Shops 2 km, grocery store 600 m, shopping center 4 km, restaurant 300 m, and a small food stand (fruits and vegetables) and restaurant 100 m away.  
  
Just steps from the agency.  
  
Marina 1.5 km, golf course (27 holes) 2.5 km, tennis courts 1 km.  
  
Charming, air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment (34 sq m) on the first floor (no elevator), with a 7 sq m south-facing terrace overlooking the building.
