air conditioned Apartment for 2 people in Natura Beach. On the second floor with lift, garden side. Living room and equipped kitchen area with dishwashe, coffee maching, TV, Nespresso, large fridge, microwave, hoover, kettle, toaster and iron. One bedroom with 140cm bed. West facing terrace. parking n° 286  
  
Security deposit : 380 euros. Administration fee : 29 euros. Local tourist tax to be paid, maximum 6.62 euros per day; per adult. Renting of sheets and towels : 20 euros. Cleaning from 80 euros or can be done yourself upon departure. Arriving : From 5pm to 7pm, you have 24h to notify us of any malfunctions. Departure before 11am : make an appointment when you arrive to carry out the inventory. Please send us your civic liability insurance, without the insurance will cost 24 euros
