This residence comprises small, semi-detached villas, some single-story and others two-story. It's a 15-minute walk to the nearest beach, Plage de la Roquille, via a path through the pine forest. There you'll find shops such as a bakery, snack bar, newsagent/tobacconist, greengrocer, mini-market, restaurants, and beach bars. You can also enjoy water sports on the beach, including jet skiing, towed inflatables, banana boats, pedal boats, and more. The port center is a 15-minute walk away. The agency is a 10-minute walk away. This semi-detached villa of 46 m² sleeps 4 and features a sunny veranda and a large 16 m² garden (with access to the pine forest) in a secure residence with a shared swimming pool and a parking space.
