Unfortunately the weather was cool, cloudy with some rain, but the house had so many extras, we still had an incredible timeVery clean, well appointed. Especially loved the deck with the table (we enjoyed dinner outside one night followed by cards) and the chairs, couches and TV. We watched college football while sitting outside.Game Room in the converted garage was a big hit with lots of competition to set he high scores :) All the beds were comfortable and the house was very "friendly". While we thought the house was great, a warning about the dock. Water is very shallow (about 3 feet) so don't jump in. However Grand is a deep lake and it quickly opens up. We spend a lot of time on the lake when I was a kid - and this experience allowed us to relive many memories. The owners are simply delightful and completely customer service oriented. Communication was outstanding from the first message until the last. The home is just that - a comfortable home. There was plenty of space for three adults to spread out when desired and come together in community when desired. The amenities were spot on. The cleanliness was the best we’ve experienced and, and we have stayed at a LOT of properties. The thoughtful consideration of the coffee bar and smores was outstanding. There were comfort items and appliances which made us want for nothing. The exterior provided great peace and access to the river. The wildlife watching was phenomenal- deer, cardinals and a fox!!! The home and property were very nice and the perfect size for us. Wonderful place to stay ##### Talina S. We had everything we needed there. The coffee bar and s’mores basket was a great extra perk! We loved the dock on the water with boat and jet ski parking.
