The bathroom was insane, the spa was also perfect and the staff were spectacular but a special shout out to Nicole from reservations and the concierges Taariq and Taylor were so good to me, I had changed my engagement plans very late and I was stressing out so much but they all completely calmed my nerves with such professionalism, they really do deserve more than a thank you from me!
