"The room was great and loved checking in right when they were having "happy hour" in the lobby. Good start! BUT, I wish we were told that the gym was closed due to renovations. Was disappointed that nothing was done to compensate us for that (I even asked for a few free weights to use in my room and was told no). Overall good stay minus no gym. "

We called twice in advance two weeks before and the day before to confirm that engagement photos were permitted for guests. Despite this, staff interrupted us three separate times during our shoot to demand ID and room numbers. It was unprofessional and felt like harassment, especially after we did our due diligence to follow every rule.
